Every aspect is intertwined and connected. I am passionate about helping you find the ability to live well in your personal life. All aspects matter and all are essential to finding the balance in health and wellness. I believe no one should do this alone, and you don’t have to. That is why I am here. I am here to meet you right where you are + to walk alongside you to push, to encourage + to coach you to achieve greatness.

I have specialized in helping Division I student-athletes navigate injury prevention, recovery, and optimize overall health and wellbeing. I am passionate about helping current and postgraduate athletes find their rhythm in finding their identity, their grit and passion, and in redefining success. I help young women navigate lifestyle changes, relationships with others, and mental stamina. I offer a variety of services to help others grow in their overall wellness with sleep patterns, nutrition, and stress management

Personalized Training

Whether you are training for a race or trying to find your own personal rhythm of movement, I am here to help you set personal goals and design a plan to achieve your ambitions.

Mind-Body Practices

I help guide to optimize mental and physical capabilities through breath work, manual therapy techniques + stress regulation exercises

Holistic Nutrition

It is imperative to align your goals with your fuel. I help you find the right foods that are best for you, to improve cognitive function, mental clarity + stamina for training.

Services

  • Tailored coaching made just for you. I meet you right where you are and assess your goals with you. We grow together to reach your fullest potential through 1:1 coaching Calls.

  • I host Group Coaching Sessions the first Thursday evening of every month. These group sessions cover extensive topics such as "Stress Management in the Workplace” and Cooking Classes

  • This is a time for us to connect as community, grow together and expand our knowledge. These sessions cover themes + allow interactive topics

  • I am passionate about pouring into others + would love to grow spiritually alongside you as you find the call to adventure that He is calling us to. This can take place within individual coaching calls.
